Using the “Recognition Tolerance” option you can set the degree of plagiarism according to which the documents will be classified when analyzed.

Red field – document is identified as plagiarized.
Yellow field – the document needs a more detailed analysis.
Green field – the document is not plagiarized.

The user can set the limits at any desired parameters.

The search is first being conducted through the index, where the analyzed document is compared with all the files in the index. If, as a result of this, the document happens to appear in the green zone, the second search follows, where the document is compared by paragraphs. This type of search is slower than the first one, but it better recognizes the fact of plagiarism and gives more accurate results. Often the document, which after the search through the first index is not identified as plagiarism, is identified as such when search is conducted through the second index and often with a high degree of plagiarized text content.
